What is Paradigm 4D?


It is a way to re-connect with our labor environment in four existential dimensions.

Paradigm 4D uses the image of the tree to symbolize existential dimensions:


1.     Roots


2.     Environment


3.     Interiority


4.     Transcendence


 


Dimensions


First dimension


Roots: A good root gives strength, density, strength, firmness, vigor, safety, toughness. Our roots, our origins, our history, every time they are conditioning our present. They are what sustain us in difficult times and this is where sustains our identity. How one plant life, much depends on our existence.


Second dimension


Environment: Everything we do in our work and life in general, it allows us to continue to grow if the exchange with the environment is enriching.


When it is not, we experience the vacuum not be significant for others. Similarly, when others are not for us, the environment is no longer healthy.


Only in mutually healthy exchange, we grow.


Third dimension


Interiority: Invisible from the outside, interiority tree sap runs, food, allowing bringing life to the whole organism.


Interiority is affecting people all the time at work.


Born in interiority links with the environment and with ourselves and become rich or not there. In the right balance between fidelity to our identity and the ability to enrich the environment, lies a healthy personal integration to a team, to an organization and a community.


Fourth dimension


Transcendence: Transcending is to go beyond the immediate.


The meaning of work is in the beyond, in the project, the impact and meaning that everyone has what he does.


Meaningless work is a possibility and a state of frustration that time becomes a disease. Find and sustain a meaningful working life is a source of health and wellness for us and those around us. Sense, health, and productivity are hyper-interacting concepts.


In my career as a consultant, I have worked to enhance the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and organizations.


In recent times I began to consider that becomes increasingly necessary to promote the sense that people encounter in their work in an integrated whole with the effectiveness in achieving both personal and organizational goals.


Paradigm 4D as a model project development and model analysis and study of problems such as burn-out, lack of motivation and lack of meaning, intends to open a path to help recover the best from us and from there strengthen teams and organizations where we work
