Tech value; Have you ever been with your smartphone out of service while taking off ?

The consult took more time than I imagined, we were close to taking off and airline employees were calling passengers. Gently we finished the conversation with my client and promised to continue after landing.


It had been a day with many long calls, my battery charge was really low but I had no time to charge my phone at the airport hall


Once with my seat belt fasted, I noticed I had no more charge.


At the same time, the personnel announced that the flight was stuck because of an electric rain alert, and there was no connection on board for charging my smartphone.


I use to notice my wife before taking off, but we have more than one-hour stuck and nobody knew when will change the weather situation.


Then I remembered what I use to write about tech addiction and so on in Art & Tech website …oh my God, I need to call!


Gentle personnel was looking at me and invited to use his cellular phone to notice my wife.


 But my wife and I use not  to answer calls coming from unknown numbers, so my troubles carried on.


So, I sent a message to her explaining the situation and wrote some familiar words that assurance I was who was writing. Immediately Tomas, the gentle captain, talked to her and explained the situation.


So, I returned calm to my seat, thinking about the tech value.

·         Technology is a great thing and let us reach communication that before was impossible.
