We are trying to decrease our exposure to a daily evaluation in media.

We can see that have begun some changes in media design, trying to humanize a so basic evaluation of like and unlike options. But besides design, reach out our emotional security experience in media requires to improve attitude and practice.

We experienced that art production strengthens your self-esteem, and that’s because you are a producer.

• Art let you flow free, with no immediate feedback (or without it at all)

• Art values the production but also the process. And the process is not only an external event, is mainly inside you. Usually a pleasant process or even one that hurts, but eventually this pain expressed is a healthy path.

• Art provides a pause. And we are losing pause in this immediate environment. Without pause, the dialogue is not possible, neither a smart answer. No pause means any strategic thinking and action.

• Art provides focus, and focus train you to define and reach specific goals.

• Art provides freedom, a condition for innovation

• Art provides time, and time let life growing up.

If we come back to these points, we can find:

• You have no immediate feedback (or no feedback at all) 

• The production process is a pause between the original idea and the final result, all this time you are alone with your growing production. This is the time to value, but also to correct looking for more value.

• In the meantime we are producing; we have a social pause all the time we consider, under our control. 

• This is a moment of emotional freedom, a pleasant one.

Maria wrote many poetry pieces inspired by her paintings. After she enjoyed her production she exposed both paintings and poetry in different countries and on our website.

I confess that the contemplation of Maria`s pictures had brought me great private moments and the inspiration and joy for writing poetry.

Maria Novello, one of our painters talking about the creative process, wrote:

And what about the old piano, where my mother taught me how to put those little fingers on the keys of ivory and ebony and listen as each sounded different. And then see on the staff, which was written the symbol of every sound, while I played and listened.

And then ... .to read and listen ... and listen ...

But the greatest thing: I wondered what that meant listening.

She was introducing my relationship sound-motion-understanding, in one step, which through the years and practice, continue with the explosion of emotion emanating from every musical work, which would start the staff the experience of the author I could now revive within me and me being of those who listened.

And here was play ...

All this would allow releasing the creative streams capable of expressing the same, to create new melodies, new songs, filled with my feelings, thoughts, and reason.

I know Maria since I was little boy, and I experienced her self-value production from those days up my last visit in 2016 to her atelier on the first floor of his beautiful house at Deerfield Beach, FL. U.S.A. Fortunately, in this month she is coming to Buenos Aires and we will enjoy his new self-value production before to be exposed, for the pleasure of contemplation and inspiration. 

For me to contemplate beauty, a non-productive action, is a powerful fountain of clear water to clean my body and soul. After that bath, I feel new energies for living a better life and work for a better world. All that emerges from that situation comes from me in the more pure situation and with renewal and powerful energy.  

I feel we must train ourselves to strengthen the value of our products, as a first point. 

On the other hand, what we produce must be useful and estimated for others for creating social value, yes, but first, we must love what we propose, create or produce.  

This gives us emotional freedom. 

The human experience is that not always we will obtain approbation, and this may be accepted without hesitation if we develop emotional freedom. 

Emotional freedom supports emotional security.
