Look outside, maybe green tree leaves moving by the wind, maybe rain or snow is falling down, or maybe a calm sunny day. See the beauty of the scene, a bucolic one, see it deeply. 


Please, close your eyes and imagine the trees in summer, autumn, winter, and spring.


Touch the window, then touch your hot cup of tea, and relax in a real harmony inside-outside. 


People, streets and trees are out there but you see too much far away…or better too much inside your comfortable room. Outside is very far, but inside you can see each detail, touch and smell everything.   


Quiet, nothing to say, nothing to analyze, nothing to desire, all you need is here.

Keep comfortable from the outside. 


Feel your comfort, your peace and be thankful.


Love the situation, your window, your armchair, and your tea. 


A book may be in your hands or beside you.


The fire moves, drawing different figures and forms, changing its colors.  


Nothing especial produces your wellness, but everything contributes

Extend your arms and if you want, drink another tea. 


Now, you feel real well to receive your friends for a desired face to face meeting.


When you wait for people, you are receiving in your soul before.


Half an hour before, you see them through the window coming down the road 


Calm and happy you saw them outside.


Now, they are beside you, looking from inside through the window only for a while.


Charm conversation, open heart, and mind produce calm, warm wellness inside.
