An approach to a complex program of action 1st Part

I can suspect at least 3 ways for tracking the footprints:


  1. Devices: Apps for describing and preventing unhealthy situations
  2. Behavior: Personal and group training and learning
  3. Environment: Development of a healthier social culture


These are 3 highways, but also 3 areas to explore and to confluence looking for a complex program of action.



Probably, in the short a term, we can see more far away.

Walking to the horizon, a new horizon still never seen. 

But looking for that future, we need to walk from where we are now.

I propose to walk humbly but firm steps in that direction on these highways.

The 3 highways proposed are necessary to be walked at the same time from 3 different starting points.

So, I invite you to walk with me. But, if you have a car for this highway, you are welcome, and please pick me up!


 

Highway 1- Devices: Apps for describing and preventing unhealthy situations


The first highway is a promising one that will bring a strong description and predictors of behavior.  This “silent shout” of the footprints in a smartphone is the true message that comes from the devices; a real body language is hidden in your phone.


This highway is being investigated for specialists and right now is bringing the first models to describe and prevent, and probably to improve.


We, in Art & Tech, are excited to follow up these researches.


We discovered connections between technical issues, psychological meaning, and its social impact.


We think that a lot of information will come from these investigations and its content surely will contribute to design devices and programs of well-being for every age people.


Highway 2-  Behavior: Personal and group training and learning

 

I have no doubt about the influence of culture over individual behavior.


There is a social power working 24/7


This power is day after day overtaking us.


Social habits and networking make that we need to be inside this system.


So, how we can think about going away from social media?


If it’s not possible to go far away from nets, we need that these ones don’t turn into spider nets.


The first step is to do what is possible for everyone.


Individually, we can`t change the culture nor the environment, but we can grow in consciousness. We can track our behavior and hopefully learn.


And how we can do it?


In the next lines, I offer you 4 levels of action, but we need to explore much more together.


We think that this knowledge will come from experiences and investigation


Everybody can experience.




Level 1:  Suggested tips


 These are basics practices



  • Live at least one day a week without devices
  • Extend time without consulting your smartphone
  • Use different reminders for network and social media
  • Create personal off-line moments
  • Sleep the required hours


 Level 2: Learning checklist


 

This is a list for establishing goals and measuring your improvement



  • Feel free and strong to choose to be online or to be in real life (IRL)
  • Enjoy your IRL without been overtaken by devices
  • You can emotional difference between contacts and friends
  • Increase your time for family and friends
  • Feel the pleasure to look people at their eyes
  • Develop new projects
  • Interest yourself in community issues
  • Enjoy reading a book
  • Enjoy the practice of sports
  • Recover the perception of the beauty of nature and arts

 

 Level 3: Deep attitudes: going inside yourself

 


These are roots for being strong stand-up


  • The not anxious reply
  • The inner silence
  • The pause for exploring your deep feelings
  • The increasing emotional freedom
  • The listening of the inner voice

Level 4: Create a personal healthy environment


Healthy personal environment may include face to face meetings, arts, sports, hobbies, and outdoor activities.

Let the art power create a new personal environment that provides you:


 

  • Pause
  • Focus
  • Connection with deep emotions
  • Freedom to flow
  • Turn from a consumer to a producer


This path to create a healthier personal environment provides a new way to go inside yourself, and a renewed relationship with people and the universe.
