Poetry recently published here says: “the environment is a womb, the environment is the universe”.

That is our environment, from the micro to the macro space and time.

Here is our life, in this world.

Our world is completely spherical, like the atmosphere.

Every action you shoot come around over you.

So, is wise to look after our -still now- only home. Everybody’s home.

There is a British sentence that is familiar in my country and says “home, sweet, home”

That is our expectation since we were little babies.

From the womb to the Universe, we need an environment that brings us what is necessary to live.

When we grow up we take part in different environments: home, school, work and community.

Not always our environment is healthy.

In any case, the environment influences over us 24/7

There are different levels: the biological, the psychological, the rational, and the social one.

In some levels, we can`t escape from environment influence, in other ones we can hardly manage them. It depends on our decision and ability to do it.

We can train this ability, so is possible to learn.

We are conditioned, but not determinate.

We are free within an environment.

But is sure that in different ways we can influence the environment, in cases we can see it, in others we will never notice it.

Everybody leaves a legacy; from the moment we born and to the last day we influence even in an invisible way for wellness or not.

Everybody leaves a carbon print over the planet

But some people leave an important legacy: its life, its ideas, and its projects.

Home is the first environment when we born, and afterward, we arrive at school.

As this is not a philosophical or psychological website, I will not go deep in these two first environments than usually, the human race grows up. But we must not forget that there are people that don`t have one or both of these essential environments for its development.

It is necessary a clear comprehension about how home and school are decisive environments for self-esteem, the way we establish relationships, how we learn, and about our general first comprehension about what life is and it means.

In this point comes to me great concepts of our writers.

It is important to highlight:

Maria Novello mentioned in her article: “How I learned art being a little girl”: 

“I think that you need to open the inner world and love someone with all established technical-feeling-understanding-emotion-creation- relationship, producing the magical process.”

Maria focused on what matters: love at home as a condition for healthy social development.

Pat Mc Andrew mentioned in his article, “Provoking Thoughts Through Entertainment” that we should “infiltrate from the inside”

With this really provoking thought, Pat highlights what I consider a great strategy to reach our goals in well-being. We need to go deep in thinking, even from entertainment, if we really want to produce a cultural change and a new environment.

So I purpose to infiltrate the environment from the environment.

Damian Larrimbe mentioned in his article Self-esteem: to see and to be seen:

“Self-esteem starts being shaped in childhood with the quantity and quality of words and affection received by parents, teachers and other significant people. But it is in adolescence, where it takes a crucial part in forging our identity.”

With this concept, Damian highlights the decisive influence of home, school and significant people in forging our identity.
